These are the design elements that make our tote racks the best in the industry.
No Rack Sway
Lateral & Corner Bracing
Almost all standard racks don’t have sufficient bracing to prevent them from swaying side-to-side. The TUFF Tote Rack has added flat metal braces on the front, as well as horizontal wood braces along each row on the back of the unit.
No Tote Sag
3-Rail Tote Support System
When too much weight is added to individual totes, they can begin to sag over time. This is due to the rails not being properly supported. The TUFF Tote Rack incorporates a third rail for added support at the back of the tote.
No Split Rails
Full 2"x4" Rail Construction
The majority of racks being sold use thin 2″x2″ rails to hold the totes. Not only are these weak and don’t provide good support for the totes and rack, they are also prone to splitting. The TUFF Tote Rack is only constructed of 2″x4″ rails.
No Black Marks
All Grading Marks Removed
When lumber is processed at the mill, they stamp a “grade mark” several times on each board they produce. These are unsightly and most rack builders don’t take the time to remove them. TUFF Tote Rack removes all grading marks.
